自恋型人格障碍简介 （Narcissisic Personality Disorder）

Narcissistic Personality Disorder is a disorder in which a person has an inflated sense of self-importance and grandiosity fantasises . The cause of this personality is unknown, but likely involves a combination of genetic and environmental factors, such as high and restrict expectations from parents or external sources, family violence or bullying experience.

Symptoms included an excessive need for admiration, disregard of others' feelings, and an inability to handle any criticism and a sense of entitlement. Be volunrable to negative emotions and arrogant attitude and behaviours, sometimes would have misconducts and aggressive behaviours towards to others.

The psychotherapy can help, but the condition is very hard to be cured because of severe Narcissistic Person would over-react to nearly anything against his or her deficits or maladaptive, consistent and self-protective personality traits. Thus, the Narcissistic personal would be in high changes to avoid to seek professional assistance or be absent to therapeutic sessions at early stage of psychological intervention.

自恋型人格障碍的特点包括，对于赞美赞赏的过度需求，无法真实的感知他人的感受和想法，无法面对他人的评判，感到自己具有特殊的能力和权利。 常常会出现焦虑，抑郁等负面情绪在面对外界的环境以及做出具有攻击性的言辞和行为，甚至做出有违道德和法律的行动。

心理治疗对此性格障碍具有改善和治疗的作用，但是由于此性格特点的持续的自我保护性和赞美赞赏的需求型，会导致心理治疗进展缓慢，并且会主动脱离治疗，从而造成实际的治疗状况造成损害。
